Worked, on behalf of Borderfree, on the creative strategy for a parcel-forwarding and shipping services for international shoppers.

Collaborating with internal and 3rd-party business and product development stakeholders we launched a transactional business offering global shoppers incentives to save on shipping costs via registering for a local American address. This led to partnering with dozens of American retailers to participate as featured merchants. BoxHop also partnered with a variety of global payment partner campaigns for more customer acquisition.

Results in 2014: over 6K+ active subscribers, with exceptional repeat rate of 50% among new users. Improvements in enterprise hub application reduced warehouse processing times by 42%.
