To address the growing need for better customer service to their first-time and frequent international shoppers, Borderfree launched a companion consumer-facing website catering to B2C customers. Launched in Spring 2014, this consumer portal is part of their growing commitment to problem-solving issues relating to international shipping, invoicing, returns and other ecommerce-related questions. The ultimate mission empowers their shoppers to selectively self-service their shopping inquiries while offering a suite compelling shopping portals to engage the customers.
